CASA LE QUERCE is situated among green hills, olive groves, meadows and chestnut woods right in the borders of UMBRIA and TUSCANY, on the north-eastern side of LAKE TRASIMENO. This old farmhouse has been beautifully renovated in the style typical of country houses in this part of Italy and converted into 3 flats all with terracotta floors, exposed beams, fireplaces and external stairways. Each flat sleeps 2-4 people.
From Monday to Friday, lessons are from 10.00 to 13.00 (30 hours in total). They are held outside on the terrace or in the garden. You are free in the afternoons to explore the surrounding countryside. Naturally, we will be happy to advise you on how to plan your sightseeing.
We meet up again in the evenings in the small trattoria IL PALAZZO. There you can enjoy a variety of typical Umbrian, Tuscan and Sardinian dishes.

Courses are given by a very experienced cook who will teach you the secrets of the local cuisine. Students actively participate in the preparation of food with step by step assistance from the cook. The courses are held on 2 afternoons and the results are enjoyed by all in the evenings.
